The Blues have made a dominant start to the 2018/2019 football season with seven victories in their opening nine games in all competition. The Blues remain unbeaten in all competition, but have dropped points twice in the Premier League.

Their recent draw came against league leaders Liverpool last weekend. Hazard drew first blood in the game with a goal in the first interval to give the Blues an early lead, after being a beautiful round of football involving Jorginho and Kovacic.

However the Blues were unable to grind out the results as substitute Daniel Sturridge stroke an audacious from 20 yards late on in the game to ensure that both teams shared the spoils.

Hazard has netted seven times in all competitions in the current football season to hit the ground running for Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea team.

Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand believes that Chelsea will always be tipped to win trophies as long as the Belgian attacker plies his trade with them. In an interview with BT Sport, Ferdinand said: “When you’ve got him in your team, you’ve always got a chance of winning games and just snatching games from people”.

Hazard has won two Premier League trophy, the FA Cup, the League Cup and the Europa league since his arrival to the Bridge from Lille in 2012
