The Stamford Bridge club are believed to be just hours away in signing Jorginho after the Italian midfielder was seen boarding a flight to London, as Chelsea looks to be more serious.

Although, Antonio Conte for now is still in charge of the Blues, but story has it that former Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri who is also Jorginho’s former boss is close to joining Chelsea as a replacement for Antonio Conte ahead of the 2018/2019 season. According to the news that Sarri wants Chelsea to sign the Brazilian born Italian midfielder. And the Blues has been in advanced discussion with Napoli for the due.

However, Manchester City have been in transfer talks with Napoli and were seen to be in pole position in signing the 26-year-old Jorginho, but it now looks like Chelsea are ahead of the Premier League Champions in securing his signature following a meeting between Roman Abramovich and Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis in Capri. That now made Chelsea favourites, the Blues has tabled a bigger amount than the one City has offered for the player and also a compensation fee for Maurizio Sarri is included, of which to say that Jorginho’s deal will make Napoli release Sarri.

As the player maker flies on board to London this morning, it now seems that Chelsea have gotten the deal over the line for the 26-year-old. The Stamford Bridge side were said to believe on agreeing a total of £57million for Jorginho and Sarri as they will be presented to the fans soonest.

Meanwhile, Jorginho’s mother made a massive move by following Chelsea on twitter, thereby hinting that her son is close to joining the FA Cup holders.

If these two important deals go through, then Chelsea fans will have something to celebrate before the season starts, as Jorginho will bring more solidity in the midfielder.
