Manchester United might have thrown in the towel in their chase for Barcelona defender Yery Mina according to British reports.

The Sun, as quoted by Metro reported that the Red Devils have made a U-turn in their chase for the 23yrs Colombian international in the current summer.

The Manchester club according to reports was believed to be closing in on a deal which would see the Colombian international come to the theatre of dreams, however recent reports suggests that the Red Devils have cancelled their interest in the player. This is believe to be due to the agents fees.

Manchester United is reported to be angry with the player’s representative who attempted to change the terms of the agreement just when the deal was almost close to materializing.

Manchester united have been in the transfer market as they try to strengthen their backline ahead of the new season. The club have reportedly inquired about the transfer fees for both Harry Maguire and Toby Alderweireld.
