According to a report, Les Parisiens are ready to offer the Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo a hefty deal of irresistible some of money to help them win the UEFA Champions League.
The news also has it that the French giants are willing to sacrifice Edison Cavani with a whooping €100 million plus for the Madrid ace. The portuguese looked to see off the end of his current contract with Real Madrid without the wage increase he has repeatedly demanded, but now, there is a team that is willing to pay him the amount of money that the Madrid Chief Florentino Pérez refused to pay.
According to a report CR7’s agent Jorge Mendes has already received an offer from PSG to sign the Portuguese ace. Les Parisiens were recently cleared from an investigation regarding Financial Fair Play rules, and with that matter already settled, PSG’s owners have decided to try and sign the Portuguese striker.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s desire to be awarded a wage increase by Real Madrid of which they promised to increase to £28 million per year hasn’t been satisfied, and PSG is ready to offer him a $52M (£40M) deal per season to have him playing at Parc Des Princes.
The Portuguese striker has also been linked with a return to Manchester United, although Jose Mourinho has repeatedly claimed that he will not make a move to sign the player unless Real Madrid’s executives come out and state they want to sell the striker.
nevertheless, Cristiano Ronaldo is yet to make a statement about whether he has decided to live up to his contract with Los Blancos, or if he confirms his desire to leave the club, as he stated moments after winning a third straight UEFA Champions League final with Real Madrid.
According to Ronaldo’s mother, she seems to have a more clear option for her son to rejoin Manchester United where he first made name for himself if allowed to decide. She said earlier this month “I like Paris. I come every now and again. The last time was when my son received the Ballon d’Or. “It was a great honour. When I arrived I was treated well by everyone. “Convince Cristiano to sign for PSG? To be honest, it wouldn’t annoy me [if he did]. “But I would prefer him to return to Manchester United.”
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a total of 44 goals in 44 appearances in all competition for Real Madrid last season and his recent hat-trick for Portugal at the World Cup last week saw his country gain a point following a 3-3 draw with Spain.
