Manchester United faithful wants Pogba when the club hosts Arsenal on Wednesday night despite his below par display against Southampton on Saturday.
Manchester United played in an underwhelming manner on Saturday, but the club faithful singled out French midfielder Paul Pogba as the sole contributor of the club’s woes at Saint Mary.
Despite being supported by midfield pair of Fellaini and Herrera, Pogba failed to dominate the encounter as he was caught out in possession on numerous occasions.
His latest string of performance angered the club faithful which seems to be running out of patience with the £90 million man.
Many supporters have called for him to be dropped on the bench against Arsenal, but a poll conducted by MEN Sport over 3,300 supporters’ shows that 57% of the supporters want him to feature against the high flying Gunners team. It would be recalled that Arsenal recently edged neighbors Tottenham Hotspur 4-2 at the Emirates on Sunday to be within touch of the top four spot.
Arsenal will provide a huge test for Jose Mourinho who seems to be sweating it out at Manchester United.
Pogba was dropped for the Carabao Cup game against Derby County earlier in the campaign after Mourinho had told him that he would never captain the club again before the game.
He was filmed in a heated training ground discussion with Mourinho later that week about an Instagram post sent during that game.
