Cristiano Ronaldo has established himself as a master of set-piece in his football career, with the Portuguese international netting scoring more than 40 goals from the direct set-piece including his famous master-stroke against Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League semi-finals of 2009.

The Portuguese has even moved a step forward in establishing his own style of set-piece which in turn have been adopted by several footballers with Sergio Ramos and David Luis dominating the list.

However, despite his famous status as a set piece taker, the Portuguese play-maker is currently not winning the setpiece battle at Turin, and the media has looked into the matter.

According to La Repubblica, there is a competition that the former Real Madrid and Manchester attacker omits from his social media accounts, and has never really won since participating in it. This is the knockout free-kick challenge the Old Lady players organize every Thursday at the end of their training session. It takes place against a fixed wall of five 1.85 metres tall men.

Ronaldo participates with Bonardesh, sometimes Cuadrado and Douglas Costa as well as Dybala and Pjanic who according to reports comes out victorious on several occasions.
