Genort Rohr has revealed one of the reason that make him to favour Villareal football Samuel Chukwueze, with the German tactician stating that he loves the players natural left foot.

Rohr made this disclosure on Tuesday morning media exchange on radio sports programme. The German tactician stated that the Villareal based footballer adds a different dimension to the Super Eagles style of play.

The player according to Rohr has shown that he could play to instruction, with a committed ability to offensive and defensive style of football, as well as linkup plays.

The former Burkina Faso and Gabon trainer went on to acknowleged Chukwueze’s hunger for goals, which he has proven with his second goal in the Spanish top flight division for his current club against Real Betis.

Rohr said: “I am happy that we are seeing a lot from Chukwueze. He has a left foot that adds quality to our team.

“At the World Cup, we had Kelechi (Iheanacho) as the team’s only left footer, then we got Jamilu Collins, now we have Chukwueze.

“He has shown that he can also score, as he did last weekend with his club, and he does well in helping the defense, attack and midfield.

“Chukwueze will help us in all aspects, and that’s what we want to see in the national team. We want everyone to play together as a team.”
