Cristiano Ronaldo returned to training with Juventus team after the international break ended during the week. Ronaldo did not feature with Portugal in the European League of Nations during the international break but opted to rest with family.
Ronaldo is yet to open his league account for the Old Lady since his arrival from Real Madrid last summer. The Portuguese playmaker joined the Turin-based club for a reported £88 million deal.
Despite Ronaldo’s woes in front of Juventus have maintained a 100% state in the Seria A division and this currently keeps the Turin side in top position.
Ronaldo was however spotted with fellow teammate and German international Sami Khedira in the training ground at Turin earlier in the week. The Portuguese according to report is expected by bookies to break his goal scoring hoodoo this weekend when Sassulo visit the Turin stadium. Reports indicates that Ronaldo is not underpressure to score, but the recent training indicates that the Portuguese wants to score to calm nerves and tensions.
The Portuguese playmaker signed four years term with the Old Lady after spending 9 years at Real Madrid. Ronaldo at the Spanish capital lifted UEFA Champion’s League trophy four times among orher trophies. He also won the FIFA Footballer of the year award for four time within the timeframe.
