1. Libya Change Arrival Date To Thursday

Libya have taken a dramatic turnaround in their travel plans for Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Nigeria, as the squad from North Africa will now storm Uyo on Thursday.

This, footballlive.ng can report, is 24 hours  earlier than their initial plan to arrive in the Akwa Ibom State capital barely 24 hours before the game at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.

2. Ighalo, Brian Idowu Billed To Land On Wednesday

Both players could not make it to the team’s base on Tuesday, and were eventually confirmed for arrival on Wednesday morning.

While a total of 22 players were on ground as at Tuesday afternoon, and rolled out for the team’s first training session in the evening, Idowu and Ighalo had to leave their arrivals till Wednesday.
