Chelsea have been reportedly linked to Real Madrid’s unsettled attacker Isco. The Spanish international was a regular fixture under Julen Lopetegui at the Bernebeu, but the managerial shift from Lopetegui to Santiago Solari, has seen the former Malaga forward drop in the pecking order.
Isco has only started a single game under Solari with five substitute appearance. The Spanish international was booed last week by the Los Blancos faithful, following the club humiliating 3-0 defeat to Cska Moscow.
Chelsea monitoring the player’s condition at the Bernebeu are willing to make to £70 million bid and offer the Spaniard a four and half year deal worth £250,000 a week. Sarri according to reports is a staunch admirer of the Spaniard, and is believed to be the one pushing for the deal. Further reports also claims that Chelsea are also looking to sweeten the deal even further by offering Isco a ‘hefty’ signing-on fee.
Chelsea are looking to complete the deal by January as Sarri anticipates pairing Isco with Belgian and Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard.
Chelsea however are not the only club in the race for the Spaniard, as Arsenal and Manchester City appears keen on signing the player.
Arsenal are believed to be interested in the player, though no offer have been made. Manchester City on other hand are believed to have begun negotiations with the player.
