Tiemoue Bakayoko according to Calcio Mercato has been offered an escape route by Fulham from his current nightmare loan deal with AC Milan.

Fulham according to The Sun is said to be considering a move for the Frenchman in the event that current side Milan terminate their loan deal with the former Monaco midfielder. Bakayoko joined the Rossenieri on a season loan but his stay has been marred by below per performances, with the French player only selected to start twice in the Seria A league.

Bakayoko has failed to impress when giving a starting berth in cup games and this is believed to have infuriated manager Gennaro Gattuso. The club legend has lashed at the former Monaco midfielder in front of the media on many occasion, and reports from Italy has it that the club is unlikely to activate Bakayoko’s release clause which is current £30.5 million next summer when his loan deal with the Seria A club comes to an end. Reports have it that Gennaro Gattuso’s club are considering ending the loan in January.

But with Bakayoko failing to impress Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri during the pre-season, Fulham wants to acquire his signature to aid them in their fight to avoid relegation towards the end of the season
